Early Childhood Education

 The Ozark Opportunities, Inc. Child Development Department includes educational services for children 6 weeks to 5 years of age, though programs may vary.

Early Head Start (Federally Funded for ages 0-3) & Head Start (Federally Funded for ages 3-5)
Arkansas Better Chance (State Funded for ages 3-5)


Lily Pad classrooms (State Funded Voucher Program ages 6 months - 18 months) - Located at the 701 E. Prospect, Harrison, AR location only at this time. Parent or Guardian is required to provide proof of work or enrollment in an educational program. For assistance with goals of employment or education, see our SUCCESS program!

All Classroom meals are served through CACFP, a USDA food program:
Head Start and Early Head Start programs qualify for free meals. All other programs are based on income for free or reduced meals.
