Special Services includes all services required to ensure every student is healthy, able, and ready to learn. Head Start programs are uniquely qualified to address trauma and promote resilience in young children and families.

Observations are performed by our certified consultants and referrals tracked by the Special Services Coordinator. 

Using children’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals is part of effective teaching, individualizing, and creating inclusive environments to support children’s positive outcomes. These plans are developed through our partnered licensed professionals and tracked through Special Services.
