From the moment we started our unified Family Development Department, we understood that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently. We strive to make a positive change in all of our pursuits for individuals and communities.

Our Staff are required to obtain their Family Development Credential within their first year of hire, provided at the cost of Ozark Opportunities, Inc. Each worker is trained to assist individuals and families to develop financial skills and obtain life skills that will help them become more self-reliant. We utilize a multi-prong approach that considers each unique situation. 

An assessment is performed upon intake goals set for success.

There are three phases to complete: Crisis, Stabilization, and Learning/Development.
